Large Format Machining
Our expanded capabilities give customers more room to think bigger, solve harder problems, and bring the next generation of parts to life.

Beyond Routing: Precision doesn’t scale easily.
Large format CNC machining sits between sheet routing and full machining centers. It lets you machine functional features into large plates and panels, not just cut the outline. That includes drilling hole patterns, pocketing, and surfacing for flatness and fit.
At this scale, many variables are in play, from how the material moves to how it reacts to realities like thermal effects, deflection, and flatness over long spans. Our first mission is to work with our client to validate the setup, as large parts require repeatable execution no matter how the quantity increases. When we build the process around real-world variables, the production process will stay consistent and deliver results at scale.
Featuring our HAAS GR-510
The HAAS GR-510 brings large format machining into a controlled and repeatable process. It handles oversized work while holding reference points, maintaining flatness, and machining features that need to line up and fit. With over 120 inches of travel and a rigid gantry design, it is well suited for aluminum plate, composites, and other non ferrous materials.

Engagement Options
Option 1: Manufacturing Advisory
Best For
Early-stage concepts, redesigns, or teams defining the right large-part strategy.
What We Do
Align approach to cost, lead time, strength, weight, and surface finish goals.

Review geometry, tolerances, and reference strategy so the process stays stable as you scale.
Outcome
A clearer path to production-ready large parts with fewer late surprises and a build plan aligned to program needs.
Option 2: Build to Print
Best For
Released drawings ready for controlled execution.
What We Do
Quote, plan, machine, inspect, and ship using a structured workflow designed for repeatability on large parts.
Include design review when needed to reduce risk before cutting begins.
Outcome
Parts delivered built to spec with repeatable execution and a controlled manufacturing plan.
